My Style
My approach to wedding photography is inspired by the years I lived in New York City, where I focused on film-based street photography and street portraits. During that time, I tried to capture the city and its people in candid, unscripted moments. I loved the honesty and authenticity of those images. Today, I bring that same documentary approach to my wedding and elopement photography. I capture each wedding day with an unobtrusive style. I think beauty is in the understated.
I incorporate nature into my wedding and elopement photography whenever possible. I am always excited to work with couples who share my love of nature and the outdoors. It has a timelessness that I hope to embody in my images.

Where are you based? Do you travel?
I am located in West Hartford, Connecticut. I am available to travel throughout the Northeast and often photograph weddings and elopements in Massachussetts, Vermont and New York.
What photography packages do you offer?
Wedding coverage begins at $3,000. Engagement sessions, albums and prints, and post-wedding photo sessions are available as well. Please contact me for the collections I offer.
Should we do an engagement session?
Engagement sessions are a great opportunity for us to become acquainted before the wedding day in a relaxed atmosphere. We can shoot at a beach, a park, a country home, the city, or anywhere that has special meaning to you. Having spent a lot of time in Connecticut, I can suggest many locations as well. I love engagement shoots as a way to combine artistry and affection, without the time and location constraints of the wedding day.
Do you edit the photos?
Yes. I edit each and every image that I deliver to you. But I don't want post-processing to define my images. For me, the measure of a photograph is its ability to evoke emotion long after the moment captured. I do not want to get in the way of that possibility. For that reason, I avoid over-processed imagery. Each couple always remains the focus.
How long after our wedding will we receive our photos?
I deliver a sneak peek to couples within a few days of the wedding, and the entire collection within six to eight weeks (often sooner).
How do you deliver the photos to us?
Once I complete the editing process, I provide a link to an online gallery where you can view and download your wedding collection. The online gallery remains accessible for a minimum of 6 months. Prints and albums are available as well.
Are you insured?
Yes, I am fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance upon request.
